Track Your Order
|How long before I receive my order?
Orders are normally shipped the same day or 2-3 business days. Orders usually take between 5-10 business days. If you have not received your order within a week of placing it and have not heard from us, please contact us toll free at 1-800-504-8606 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation which will include your order number. We encourage you to save or print your e-mail order confirmation for your records. Another order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the item is shipped from our warehouse.
The original e-mail indicates that we have received your order and we will soon start processing it. It does not indicate that your order has been shipped. You will receive a second e-mail to notify you when your package will be shipped as well as the approximate shipping time frames.
How do I use a Promotional Code?
To use the Promotional Code you have, please follow these steps:
- Choose the Imperial Touch Skin Care products you wish to purchase.
- When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping cart where you will then see the items you have chosen to purchase.
- During checkout, you will see the "Discount Code." Enter the Promotional Code you wish to use (remember they are case-sensitive); and then click "Update."
- Your Promotional Code will be automatically applied onto the balance. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you add additional items to the shopping cart you will have to again click the "Update" button to re-calculate the balance.

Please note: Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Promotional Codes cannot be used on previous items bought. Promotional codes are only good for web purchases and NOT good on phone orders.
Can I order by phone?

Can I order by mail or fax?
Simply print out and complete the Mail Order Form
Either mail or fax it to us with your credit card information, check or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to Imperial Touch Skin Care. Our Mail Order Form has the mailing address as well as the fax number for your convinience.
Imperialtouch.com accepts the following credit cards for customer online purchases:
- American Express
- Master Card
- Google Checkout
Georgia Orders shipped to a Georgia address are subject to a 7.50% sales tax which must be collected at the time of purchase.

How long do I have to cancel an order?
You have until we ship to cancel your order. We often ship within hours of receiving your order. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.. Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable on returns. Shipping and insurance on the returns are provided by the customer.
